Energy, Enthusiasm, Execution

West Virginia is showcasing as much energy and enthusiasm as it has at any time in the last 12 months. Now, as Clint Trickett and Nick Kwiatkoski note, it's time for the final phase: Execution.

Trickett, full healthy and with a season of experience in head coach Dana Holgorsen's offense, says he is "very comfortable" with the Mountaineers' game plan, and that West Virginia believes there are weaknesses that can be attacked. Sans great detail, the right-hander said the Tide "showed some things we can expose" and showed "things to stay away from."

Kwiatkoski, who led WVU in tackles with 86 last season, speaks to the difficulties of defending a team with multiple talents at every skill position. He also details identifying and adjusting to a potential platoon system at quarterback and what makes Alabama's trio of backs as good as any in the nation.
