In a contest that wasn’t offensive happy, all four West Virginia commits were able to thrive on Saturday night, as Miramar held on late to defeat American Heritage 14-7. Both Kahlil Lewis and Jovon Durante recorded touchdown catches on the night. Lewis caught an 11-yard laser across the middle for a score while Durante broke loose for a 57-yard touchdown reception. Alex Anderson provided a stable rushing attack on the night, earning 52 yards rushing unofficially. McFadden helped lead a stout Patriot defense who held American Heritage Delray to less than 250 total yards of offense.
