WVU reactions after win over Texas Tech

West Virginia found itself in a hole late Saturday, but thanks to a stout defense, resilient offense and the reliable leg of its kicker, the Mountaineers were able to find a way to leave Lubbock with a win.

After the game, offensive coordinator Shannon Dawson talked about the offense and why the Mountaineers stuck with the run for much of the game and why this WVU team is different than it was a year ago.

West Virginia quarterback Clint Trickett threw for more than 300 yards again and talked about the comeback and what the Mountaineers had to do to adjust to the way Texas Tech played defensively.

And kicker Josh Lambert talked about his game-winner and what he had to do to block out his miss early in the fourth quarter when he went out for his 55-yarder as time expired.
