And while this past weekends visit wasn’t out of the ordinary, it provided him with an opportunity to back at his future home.
“It went lovely,” Adams said, recapping the overall visit experience. “I loved it there. I didn’t want to leave. But I’ll be back next week.”
Adams, along with other current Mountaineer commitments, spent much of the weekend interacting with the recruits who are still trying to decide on their future destinations.
“We were just telling them how WVU is the place to be,” Adams explained. “We said how it’s mad love here at West Virginia.”
Having visited West Virginia on numerous prior occasions, Adams insists this past weekends trip was no different.
With his verbal pledge firmly in tact he’ll now focus his attention on preparing for the next level.
“I just need to keep doing the same thing,” Adams noted. “I need to hit the books, lift and train. That’s all.”
Scout.com ranks Adams a three-star prospect and the No. 74 safety in the country.
