WVU Recruiting: Weekend Visitor Preview

As West Virginia approaches the final recruiting weekend for the 2015 football recruiting cycle, the Mountaineers expect to host a small, yet valuable list of senior visitors.

Last weekend's visits proved to be very beneficial for West Virginia, earning commitments from Coral Gables (Fla.) wide receiver Shaquery Wilson and Westervile (Oh.) offensive lineman Rob Dowdy.

The Mountaineers hope to keep their recruiting momentum rolling into the final weekend of the year with at least two official visitors on campus.

Ke’Shawn Vaughn, RB, Nashville (Tenn.)

BGN Breakdown: Nashville (TN) running back Ke’Shawn Vaughn recently listed West Virginia, Illinois, Louisville and Purdue as his final four schools. The Mountaineers appear to be in the best position, earning the final visit along with not having another running back in their class.

Ka’Raun White, WR, Scranton (Pa.)

BGN Breakdown: West Virginia looks to be the most likely destination for White in regards to the individual schools, which are active in his recruitment. The question is, though, do they have enough room in their class? The Mountaineers are expected to add another receiver and are also in the running for Stafford (Va.) standout Gary Jennings.
