Alabama Wideout Has Visit Planned

An offensive standout with a heritage tie to the West Virginia football program has completed a pair of spring visits and has more scheduled in the coming months as he prepares for his senior season.

Wide receiver Brandolin Perdue (5-11, 175 lbs.) hails from Daphne, Ala. - the familiar home town of WVU legend Pat White. Perdue is aware of White's legacy, and there is strong recruiting interest in both directions.

"I have strong interest [in West Virginia]", Perdue told BlueGoldNews.com. "I fit just right into the offense!"

Perdue, who also has interest from several SEC schools as well as an offer from the Mountaineers, has been making trips to check out some of his potential destinations.

"I recently took visits to Alabama and LSU, and will be visiting Mississippi State next month," he explained.

As for West Virginia, he has a lengthy trip planned.

"I will be coming up to WVU this summer for camp and 7-on-7," he said.

A quick receiver who appears to have all the talents for a slot position, Perdue hopes to add to his offer list as the offseason unfolds. West Virginia has gotten in early on the talented Alabama standout, and hopes that pays off when he makes his final decision.
