Jevon Carter and Daxter Miles Discuss West Virginia's Improved Second Half In Win Over Marshall

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Jevon Carter and Daxter Miles topped the box score in West Virginia's 86-68 win over Marshall.

Daxter Miles said it was one of the better second halves of the season. After the Mountaineers went on a 16-1 run to crush any dreams of a comeback for the Herd, the sophomore guard discussed his personal performance, how WVU adjusted with Devin Williams in foul trouble, and all of the missed scoring oppurtunites.

Jevon Carter had a team-high 15 points, and another strong overall performance. Carter was named the Capital Classic MVP, and added that this marked his highest level of play since joining the team. He also gave insight into the Mountaineers' second half adjustments, and why they were able to keep the Herd off balance.
