Player and Coach Reaction After Sunday's 8-5 Win Over Furman

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. - West Virginia avoided a sweep with an 8-5 win Sunday afternoon over Furman.

Above West Virginia Mountaineers head coach Randy Mazey discusses his reaction to the series over Furman. Mazey alluded that the freshmen-laden line-up he used in the second game would get to play again on Tuesday night against Pitt.

Andrew Zitel discussed his thoughts on the second game. Zitel was able to record his first two RBI of his young Mountaineer career in the second game of the double-header against Furman.

Sophomore BJ Myers gave his thoughts on WVU's 8-5 win over Furman. Myers recorded his third win of the season as he pitched 6.2 innings. Myers now holds an ERA of 2.84 on the season.
