A Look At The Postgame Celebration As No. 10 West Virginia Tops No. 1 Baylor In Blowout Fashion

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - Take a look - and a listen - as West Virginia's student section storms the floor during the postgame celebration as the Mountaineers defeat No. 1 Baylor 89-68 on Tuesday inside the WVU Coliseum.

This was, by all accounts, complete domination by No. 10 West Virginia. The Mountaineers entered as favorites and promptly flattened the most highly rated team in the country in impressive style. So impressive, in fact, that the students began ringing the concourse level with more than seven minutes left in the game. The lead was nearing 20 points at that juncture, and the win was so thoroughly not in question that the build-up over the final five minutes was little more than a countdown to the inevitable.

As the horn sounded, the students - seemingly every one - rushed the floor and celebrated with the team, while the 14,632 in attendance stood and sang "Take Me Home, Country Roads" after the largest margin of victory over a top five team in school history. It was the fifth time West Virginia has upset a No. 1-rated team, with three off those coming under head coach Bob Huggins, two in the last two seasons alone.
