WVU shot a frigid 29% from the field as they got blown out by Rutgers 77-59 at the WVU Coliseum on Sunday.
The Mountaineers appeared almost disinterested after falling behind by double digits in the first half. WVU managed only 17% shooting in the opening period and trailed 38-27 at the half.
Rutgers never trailed in winning only their tenth league road contest since 1995.
Jonathan Hargett and Chris Moss each had 12 points to pace the Mountaineers.
