player of the Game - UConn

Chris Moss had 21 points in WVU's routine loss to UConn on Saturday, earning him player of the game honors.

Moss got involved in the offense early and recorded 15 points in the opening half as the Mountaineers made a game of it against the Huskies.

The senior forward scored in a variety of ways, ranging from 18 foot jumpers to twisting drives and dunks as WVU showed what it can do when it's talented players work together.

In the second half, Moss was ignored as the game degenerated into one on one confrontations for WVU, and as a result he only added six points to his total.
