Laseter's Tavern will play host to the Peach State Chapter's viewing parties for the 3rd straight season.
Laseter's is located near Cobb Galleria. One of the great things to mention is that when kickoff hits, Laseter's becomes THE West Virginia location in Atlanta. All TVs and game sounds are dedicated to the Mountaineers, since we are the only group that they specifically cater to. The place is ours to yell, scream and cheer for the Mountaineers.

As added incentive for those joining the Chapter, Laseter's will be offering a 10% food discount to members of the Chapter. Do you have to be Alumni to join? Do have to be Alumni to show up at Laseter's? Do you have to be from the great State of West (By God) Virginia to join or show up? NO, NO, NO!!! All you have to do is be ready to cheer on the West Virginia Mountaineers with a great group of Mountaineer fans.

So hopefully we'll see you at the start of the season at Laseter's, and to make you feel even more at home, feel free to wear your best Blue and Gold, everyone else does!!!

Central Indiana Chapter

The Central Indiana Chapter of the WVU Alumni Association is holding a football watching party in conjunction with the local Syracuse Alumni Association Chapter. We will have our own "party" room which will be decorated in both Syracuse and WVU colors. Because it is a new location, Fox and Hound have offered to supply appetizers to the party. Drinks and other menu items will be the responsibility of each individual. There are no additional costs.

Directions to Fox and Hound:
1) Take I-465 to the Keystone exit at the top of the circle. 2) Take Keystone north until you see the sign for 146th street. 3) Take the exit and the first light you come to is Lowe's Way (it may not be labeled yet). 4) Take a right onto Lowe's Way and an immediate right into the Fox and Hound parking lot.

Join fellow Mountaineers at the Appalachian Power Park in Charleston for a Pigskin Party hosted by the WV Power. Watch the WVU-Syracuse game on the park's Jumbotron. Admission is free. Gates open at 12:30 pm. The day will include: performances by the WVU Pep Band, the first 1000 fans will receive a free giveaway, concession stands will be open and include a special pig roast, official WVU merchandise will be for sale by Zides, and there will be special games and prizes for lucky fans.
