Maryland OL Chooses WVU

West Virginia has received its second high school commitment for the class of 2006 in the form of offensive lineman Eric Jobe of LaPlata (Md.) High School.

Jobe, who had interest from Big East, Big Ten, Pac Ten and ACC schools, was offered by West Virginia during the summer camp season, and that early offer turned into a commitment today.

Jobe (6-3, 280 lbs., 5.1), continues the trend of WVU linemen with high scholastic marks, having recorded a 4.4 GPA and a 1310 SAT score as a junior. We will have more with Jobe later today.
