More From ABCD

Bill Walker (#86) finally decided it was time to get serious on the second day of team-play at the ABCD Camp in Teaneck, New Jersey. The West Virginia native dominated highly-regarded and Duke bound Taylor King (#154). Walker electrified the crowd with his usual acrobatic and power moves leaving any would be defender in his wake.

His running mate, O. J. Mayo (#86) faced several head-to-head challenges with Brandon Jennings (#31) and Alex Legion (#66) but more than held his own. At this point in his prep career Mayo is accustomed to common challenges of his elite status as the top-rated player in his class.

DeAndre Jordan (#139) oozes potential, and here at ABCD Camp he continues to show everyone just enough to validate his high ranking. The Marcus Camby look-a-like had an excellent game against the Mayo and Walker lead Hawks. Jordan has all of the physical tools to become a big-time player on the college level.

Josh "Cookie" Miller (#1) continues to draw the most ooohs and aaahs from the crowd with his pinpoint passing and slick ball-handling. Miller has shown no fear in driving to the basket, despite his 5-6 stature, and challenging any and all defenders in front of him. Miller has made quite a name for himself here in front of the hoard of coaches sitting in the bleaches.

Former WVU-assistant coach, Lanny Van Eman is back coaching again this year at the camp and sends warm greetings to all of the Mountaineer faithful.
