Week two of the NFL season brought some more solid performances for West Virginia alumni in the pros

Anthony Becht Tight End
Class of 1999
Tampa Bay once again found itself faltering on offense. The Bucs managed just a field goal, despite having over 300 yards of receiving. Anthony caught two passes in the contest for 10 yards, giving him six catches early in the season.

Rich Braham Offensive Lineman
Class of 1993
The Bengals rushed for 160 yards on the afternoon, but did much of it without Rich in the lineup. Braham suffered a knee injury in the first half. According to reports, the 13-year veteran will be out for 2-6 weeks.

Class of 1995
John has been placed on Injured Reserve with a strained back and will not play in the 2006 season.

Marc Bulger Quarterback
Class of 1999
Different year, same story. Marc was harrassed and sacked six times in the Rams loss to the 49ers. Bulger managed a very pedestrian 19 of 34 for 185 yards and a touchdown - St. Louis' first of the season. Bulger also suffered a lost fumble on a sack in the fourth quarter.

Kay Jay Harris has been signed to the Dolphins practice squad.

After a dismal game where he lost five yards receiving, Henry had a breakout game in the win over the Browns. Chris caught five passes for 113 yards, two of which he hauled in during Cincinnati's scoring drive early in the fourth quarter.

Tennessee continues to struggle against the pass, allowing Philip Rivers to complete 71% of his passes for 235 yards and a touchdown in the blowout loss. Adam recorded just one tackle, and had two kick returns totalling 50 yards.

Class of 2001
New Orleans continued to limit rushing production in a shootout win over the Packers, but failed to get pressure on Brett Favre, as he passed for 340 yards. Antwan saw action on defense, recording one quarterback hit.

Mike saw limited action as the Steelers were shut out on Monday Night Football. He recorded just one tackle in the game, as the Steelers and Jaguars combined for the lowest combined score in Monday Night Football history.

Mike was activated for the Redskins game and got on the board immediately. Vanderjagt connected from 26 yards just seven minutes into the game. He finished the game 3/3 on PATs and 2/2 on field goals, including a 50-yard boot midway through the fourth quarter.
