Visits Continue

West Virginia's coaching shuffles have led to several changes in scheduled visitor lists for the next couple of weekends.

As of now, eight players are scheduled to visit the Mountaineer campus this weekend.

Verbal commitments Evan Rodriguez and P.J. Shirdan will join seven other official visitors to check out the WVU football program, which is still three coaches short after Clemson assistant Ron West boomeranged on Thursday.

Florida will be well represented with defensive back Junior Petit-Jean, offensive linemen Jatavious Jackson and Ernest McCoy, wide receiver Tarus McKinley and safety Darius Jackson. Jackson, McCoy and McKinley, all hail from Glades Central High School in Belle Glade, Fla.

Also expected in is Eastern Arizona College's Ted Riley, a junior college standout from the Western States Football League. Riley is also a Florida native, having played his high school ball at American Heritage HS in Delray Beach, Fla. He originally signed with East Carolina before attending EAC.

We will have more on these visits, including interviews, following the weekend.

A handful of additional visitors is expected for the weekend of Jan 26. The final weekend before Signing Day (Feb. 7) is typically used for invited walkon visits.
