Players of the Game - Wisconsin

A wide receiver and a defensive back earn our player of the game honors after a pass dominated afternoon in Wisconsin.

Wide receiver Miquelle Henderson is's offensive player of the game for September 7th.

Against the Wisconsin Badgers, Henderson grabbed 5 passes for 106 yards, including two lengthy receptions that set up WVU's first ten points of the game.

"I feel like I'm becoming a little bit of a leader among the receivers," the soft-spoken Henderson said after the contest. "I still have a lot of things to learn, but I was able to make some plays, and that's what Coach Bird wants out of his wide receivers.

On defense free safety Jahmile Addae appeared fully recovered from the concussion he suffered during preseason.

Addae had seven tackles, including four solo stops, against the Badgers. Addae also had an outstanding pass deflection that he did not get credit for, due to an offensive holding penalty that wiped out the play.

From his free safety spot, Addae covered deep well, and also provided solid run support.
