Player Of The Game - Delaware St

WVU's senior forward knocked down seven of his ten shots from the field to lead the Mountaineers over Delaware State on Friday.

The Belington, W. Va. native scored fifteen points on his seven shots, which included one three point field goal. Yeager added four rebounds and a steal in 32 minutes of action.

Yeager's three accounted for WVU's first points of the season at the 15:05 mark of the first half, and seemed to settle the Mountaineers down after a rough start. Yeager also opened West Virginia's second half scoring on a beautiful backdoor cut and layup that epitomized the Beilein style of basketball. Yeager had two other scores on back cuts during the game as WVU got more comfortable with the offense.
