Another Busy Weekend

In addition to the basketball visitors in town for tonight's Mountaineer Madness session, the football program will welcome approximately 15 visitors for Saturday's football game with Syracuse.

Four of those visitors are on official visits. They include Tavon Austin of Dunbar (Md.) High School, Jonathan Scott of Seabreeze (Fla.), and Robert Ferguson and Henry Orelus of Central High School in Belle Glade, Fla.

A number of unofficial visitors are also scheduled for the game, including verbal commitments Branko Busick (Steubenville) and Chris Snook (Highland), both of Ohio.

Several familiar faces from West Virginia will also take in their third consecutive WVU home game, including Justin Johnson of Parkersburg, Taige Redman of Keyser, and Dewey McDonald of Jefferson.

Others scheduled to make the trip are Nick Forbes of Thomas Johnson High School, a player that West Virginia has been watching very closely this year, and Nicholas Bernhardy of Penn Hills. Aaron Hayward of Penns Grove High School, a Rutgers commitment, is also slated to check out WVU.

Rounding out the list of scheduled visitors are Devonte Helms and Devonta Tabannah of Potomac High School, Michael Edwards of Glenville High School, Matt Preston of Howland High School, and Jake Young of Ravenswood High School.
