Mountaineer fans are used to Cam Thoroughman's role. The inside banger is a fan favorite for his physical, gritty play and toughness. But against Missouri, Thoroughman showed that he can't be ignored on the offensive end, as he rolled off a pair of screens to take passes for lay-ups in West Virginia's win. He also added a pair of assists to help WVU's offensive effort.
In this postgame interview, Thoroughman discusses those plays and also dissects West Virginia's defensive effort, which trumped that of Missouri's. The Mountaineer held the Tigers to just 32.8% shooting from the field.
