In this interview, Braun discusses his move and the key ingredient that the offensive line must have for more consistent play this year.
Position Change Key For Success?
The rough and ready Jeff Braun thought he was slated for a defensive line spot when he signed with West Virginia out of Winters Mill High School, but he never really saw the field at the position. He was moved over to the offensive side of the ball, and after a redshirt season competed for playing time at guard in 2009. Limited action there found him rededicated to doing what was necessary to get on the field in 2010, and the move to tackle, where he has run with the first group for much of the spring, seems suited to his abilities.
