WKU receives second verbal commitment

Bowling Green, Ky., offensive lineman Jordan Meredith is the second commitment for the WKU 2016 recruiting class.

WKU head coach Jeff Brohm has landed his second commitment of the month on Friday as local offensive lineman Jordan Meredith pledged to the Hilltoppers.

Meredith's commitment, announced via Twitter by BGHS head coach Kevin Wallace, also gives Western Kentucky its second commitment of the 2016 recruiting class, joining Frankfort, Ky., athlete Anthony Robinson.

Meredith will join a pair of Bowling Green alums on the Hilltoppers roster. Sophomore wide receiver Nacarius Fant and Joe Manley, a Louisville transfer, both played for the Purple Aces.
