Western Kentucky University's football team will try to rebound from its first loss of the season on Saturday when the Toppers' play host to Miami of Ohio in a contest that will kickoff at 2:30 p.m.
The two teams will be meeting for the first time.
WKU (2-1) is coming off a 41-38 loss to Indiana after leading the Hoosiers by two touchdowns at halftime. The Toppers rank fifth in the nation in passing offense with 378 yards per game.
The Redhawks are 1-2 after a 58-0 loss to Wisconsin and a 37-33 defeat at home last week against Cincinnati.
Western Kentucky has won five straight games at home and had a seven-game overall winning streak snapped last week. The Toppers are led by quarterback Brandon Doughty, who has already thrown for 1,134 yards and five touchdowns.
WKU kicker Garrett Schwettman needs three points to become the school's all-time points leader.
