Western Kentucky defeated host Old Dominion 55-30 to improve to 7-2 overall

NORFOLK, Va. -- Western Kentucky head coach Jeff Brohm and selected players discuss the Hilltoppers 55-30 victory at Old Dominion

Western Kentucky received a career-high four rushing touchdowns by Anthony Wales and quarterback Brandon Doughty threw for three more as the Hilltoppers remained undefeated in Conference USA play with a 55-30 win at Old Dominion on Saturday afternoon.

Led by the rushing of Anthony Wales, who gained 189 yards on 16 carries, the WKU offense was a well-balanced attack against the Monarchs, collecting 523 yards and was only forced to punt once.  The Hilltoppers were led by senior linebacker Nick Holt on defense, where he registered three sacks and 12 total tackles.  T.J. McCollum and Branden Leston led WKU with 13 tackles each.

Next up for WKU is a homecoming contest against Florida Atlantic.
