Western Kentucky received a double-double from Justin Johnson in the win

Western Kentucky held off a late rally by Stony Brook to pull out a 67-66 win on Saturday afternoon at E.A. Diddle Arena

Justin Johnson recorded a double-double with 22 points and 13 rebounds, while Nigel Snipes poured in 20 points to lead Western Kentucky to a 67-66 win over visiting Stony Brook on Saturday afternoon at E.A. Diddle Arena.

Freshman guard Chris McNeal handed out a game-high six assists without committing a turnover.  WKU held the visitors to 35 percent shooting for the game.
