WKU spring practice has come to a close with the program's annual Red-White Spring Game at Houchens-Smith Stadium.
The two-hour scrimmage has highlighted by multiple big offensive plays as each of the four WKU quarterbacks displayed an ability to led Jeff Brohm's high-octance offense.
Drew Eckels led all quarterbacks with 322 yards and three touchdowns, with an impressive 79.2 completion percentage. Louisville transfer Tyler Ferguson completed 17 of 26 for 223 yards. Mike White was 14 of 23 for 125 yards and a touchdown, while Red starter Nelson Fishback completed 8 of 20 for 209 yards and a touchdown.
In all, the four quarterbacks completed 62 percent of 95 pass attempts for 901 yards.
Redshirt freshman wide receiver Will Bush tops the receivers with 169 yards on eight receptions. He scored on 66-yard and 38-yard touchdown catches. Lucky Jackson finished with seven catches for 138 yards, while Nicholas Norris also eclipsing the century mark with 134 yards on four catches.
Defensively, WKU was led by Ben Holt's nine tackles, including a tackle for a loss. Holt and Jason Johnson both recorded interceptions. Five different Toppers registered a sack.
