Lawerenceville (Ga.) Central Gwinnett running back Joshua Samuel is now officially on the WKU recruiting board.
The 5-foot-11, 200-pound prospect added a scholarship offer from the Hilltoppers coaching staff on Sunday, September 11. Samuel also holds an offer from Minnesota and is drawing interest from Kentucky, Iowa, Virginia, Wake Forest and others.
Described as "tremendously impressive physically," in his Scout analysis. A three-star prospect, Samuel is rated as the No. 30 running back in the South region and is among the top 100 nationally.
"He has a good blend of size, speed and power," said Chad Simmons, South Recruiting Analyst for Scout.com.
He opened the 2016 season with 175 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
