Jeff Brohm has been a hot name in the college coaching ranks.
The Western Kentucky coach and former University of Louisville quarterback was being courted by at least three schools.
On Monday morning, Brohm accepted an offer from one of those schools.
Per a source, Brohm will become the new head coach at Purdue. He met with his team at Western Kentucky at 9 a.m. central time to break the news to the Hilltoppers.
Purdue is expected to announce the news later today.
Brohm led the Toppers to a win over Louisiana Tech in Saturday’s Conference USA championship. He went 30-10 in three seasons at Western Kentucky and 21-5 against Conference USA. The Toppers accepted a bid into the Boca Raton Bowl on Sunday night.
Purdue dismissed coach Darrell Hazell in October and went 3-9 this year.
