Western Kentucky signee Mitchell Robinson was selected to play in the Jordan Brand Classic on Friday afternoon.
The 7-foot center, a Scout.com five-star center, is the highest-rated athlete to ever ink with the Hilltoppers program and highlights a class that ranks among the nation's top 10.
Robinson, who was also chosen to play in the McDonald's All-American game, is one of 24 players selected to the Jordan Brand Classic. The event will be held at the Barclay's Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. on April 14.

A product of Chalmette, La., Robinson is averaging 25.9 points, 12.0 rebounds and 5.5 blocks per game this season.
He's rated as the No.1 center prospect in Louisiana and No. 4 at his position nationally. Scout lists Robinson as the No. 6 overall prospect in the country.
