LA Rogers-Anderson committed to Western Kentucky on the eve of National Signing Day

Western Kentucky added the commitment of three-star safety LA Rogers-Anderson on Tuesday evening

Columbia (S.C.) Ridge View safety Latheron Rogers-Anderson was a heavy lean to Western Kentucky following his official visit this most recent weekend and on Tuesday night, just hours away from the start of National Signing Day, he extended his commitment to the Hilltoppers program.

Rogers-Anderson, rated as three-star safety and among the top 200 at his position nationally, committed to WKU over Charleston Southern, Towson, Citadel, Georgia State and Western Carolina.

Rogers-Anderson, 6-foot-1, 190-pounds, finished his senior season with 40 tackles and two interceptions.

WKU head coach Mike Sanford extended the opportunity to Rogers-Anderson last week, which the safety described as a "big-time offer."
