Here's a look at some recent WKU football scholarship offers

Here's a look at a few prospects that have recently added scholarship offers from Western Kentucky.

Dayton Beach (Fla.) Mainland offensive lineman Adonis Boone added an offer from the Hilltoppers last week.  The 6-foot-5, 275-pound prospect also holds offers from Florida Atlantic, Memphis, South Florida, Southern Miss, Toledo and others.

6-foot-2, 210-pound wide receiver Jaylan Alexander was the leading receiver at Hoffman Estates, Ill., last fall, pulling 58 catches for 795 yards and seven touchdowns.  In addition to his new WKU offer, Alexander also includes Eastern Michigan and Northern Illinois among his scholarship offers.

Flossmoor, Ill., prospect Mario Wright is a three-star outside linebacker who ranks No. 1 at his position in Illinois.  In addition to WKU, Wright has also collected scholarship offers from Central Michigan, Miami of Ohio, Western Michigan, Wyoming and others.

McDonough (Ga.) Ola defensive tackle Austin Smith is a rising three-star prospect that now holds a dozen scholarship offers.  Rated as the No. 3 prospect at this position in the Peach State, the three-star defensive tackle also holds offers from Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, North Carolina, West Virginia and others.

Sarasota (Fla.) Riverview athlete Jamar Johnson picked up the WKU offer last week to go along with one from Georgia Southern.  Johnson fills multiple rolls for Riverview, including returns punts and kicks.  He snagged five interceptions and had seven pass breakups from his cornerback spot last fall.
