The Western Kentucky coaching staff remains busy during the spring period.  The staff are visiting schools to speak with high school coaches, watch practices and take in spring games in their attempt to find the best prospects for the Hilltopper program.

Here's a look at some of the recent athletes to collect WKU scholarship offers:

WKU joined Conference USA rivals North Texas, Rice and Southern Miss, among others in offering three-star quarterback Aaron Allen of Missouri City (Tex.) Ridge Point.  As a junior, Allen accounted for 2,620 yards and 30 total touchdowns. Allen threw for 2,398 yards, 26 TD's, and four INT's while completing 62.5 percent of his passes. He also ran for 222 yards and four scores on 4.6 yards per carry.
