At least Wisconsin didn't lose on a Hail Mary. Keith Appling scored a game-high 20 points and Draymond Green registered his 14th double-double of the season, as a bad shooting night for No.15 Wisconsin equaled a 69-55 blowout at the hands of No.7 Michigan State at the Breslin Center Thursday.

The Badgers trailed by as many as 21 points in the second half, before cutting the Spartans' lead to 9 at 60-51 with 3:14 to go. Wisconsin was not able to get any closer, though.
