"My visit went good," Zeitler told BadgerNation. "At the beginning of the visit, there was a meal and during that time I talked to Coach (T.J.) Woods a little. Next Coach (Gary) Andersen spoke a couple words to the group and we listened to him. They took us through the new student athlete center and then we watched the pre game on the field. I liked my visit and the Badgers."
The brother of former Wisconsin offensive lineman and NFL first-round pick Kevin Zeitler, the 6-1, 285-pound in-state offensive guard has developed a good relationship with both Andersen and Woods since they offered him a preferred walk-on offer this summer.
"They are both very great coaches and also the rest of the entire coaching staff," said Zeitler. "Coach Anderson really seems to put the players first over everything else."
Still looking for his first scholarship offer, Zeitler brings up what his visit agenda could be looking like and if he has an idea of when a decision might happen.
"I still hope to visit some Division 2 schools soon," he said. "As far as a decision for a college, I don't know when I will make one just yet."
