Ernst Returns to Wisconsin

Making his second unofficial visit to Wisconsin on Saturday, Clinton (IA) junior power forward Brady Ernst continues to view the Badgers in high regard.

Wisconsin has lost some momentum from its 16 game winning streak, but that hasn't affected the Badgers on the recruiting front, especially with Clinton (IA) junior power forward Brady Ernst.

One of the few basketball prospects in attendance for No.3 Wisconsin's loss to Michigan on Saturday, Ernst's experience wasn't dampened despite the end result on the court.

"My visit to Wisconsin was good and I went up to their game yesterday against Michigan," Ernst told BadgerNation. "I really like the town and the environment for the game was really good. I talked to all the assistants after the game and Coach Close went to my high school game Friday night."

Ernst isn't a stranger to the campus, as he visited and competed in Wisconsin's elite camp in June.

"I like Wisconsin a lot and think it would be a great place to play," he said. "The coaches just said I was improving and to just keep doing what I was doing. I would just love to be a part of Badger

Nation and it would be an honor to play for that program."

The 6-7, 200-pound power forward and early three-star recruit by Scout.com, Ernst claims offers from Drake, Lehigh, Northern Iowa, San Diego and South Dakota, and has more offers ahead.

"I've already been to Iowa for a couple games and a UNI game," said Ernst. "I also plan to go to a Drake game and another UNI game."
