Shaw Loves Wisconsin Football

Shortly after picking up his offer from Wisconsin, Hoover (AL) junior running back Bradrick Shaw is planning a visit to Madison before his senior season.

Wisconsin is looking to take a running back in this class and has offered quite over the recent weeks. A territory that the Badgers aren't commonly known for recruiting in is Alabama, but new running backs coach Thomas Brown is trying to change that by offering Hoover (AL) junior running back Bradrick Shaw.

"I talk to the new running backs coach at Wisconsin and found out about the offer, Shaw told BadgerNation. "I was really excited because I love Wisconsin football. He told me he watched and like my highlight tape. He also talked about some things about himself and how he liked how I play."

A 6-1, 203-pound three-star tailback that runs a reported 4.6 40-yard dash time, Shaw already holds offers from Alabama, Cincinnati, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, South Alabama and Vanderbilt. He plans to visit Madison before making his decision.

"I'm going to try to come visit before the season," said Shaw. "I love how Wisconsin runs the football and all the great backs that came through."
