Jurkovic Excited for Wisconsin Trip

Looking to develop a better relationship with Wisconsin offensive line coach T.J. Woods, Brandenton (FL) IMG Academy offensive guard Mirko Jurkovic is excited to check out the Badgers.

Wisconsin is always looking to get visitors on hand to check out its practices, campus and plenty of others things they have to offer. Brandenton (FL) IMG Academy junior offensive guard Mirko Jurkovic will be visiting the Badgers together and previews his upcoming trip to Madison.

"I am visiting Wisconsin on Thursday," Jurkovic told BadgerNation. "I want to meet the offensive line coach in person and see how stuff is run at Wisconsin. I have only been able to talk to him over Facebook and Twitter. I want to watch the offensive line. I also want to see the campus and that kind of stuff as well. I am very excited about the visit."

The 6-5, 260-pound lineman holds offers from Connecticut, Purdue, Toledo and Western Michigan, while receiving a lot of interest from other programs. He is hoping to land an offer from the Badgers, which he knows would be a game changer.

"It would mean a lot because I always grew up liking Wisconsin," said Jurkovic. "The tradition of the offensive line at Wisconsin is crazy, so it would mean a lot to me and it would be a game changer. If they were to offer me, then they would be my leader."

He will also be going to Miami on April 10 and will try to visit Florida.
