Roberts Gets Out-of-the-Blue Offer

Continuing to have a presence in the state of Washington, Wisconsin extended an offer to Bellevue (WA) junior offensive tackle Henry Roberts this week.

Having been an active participant in the state of Washington for the previous three recruiting cycles, Wisconsin is back in the Pacific Northwest after offering Bellevue (WA) junior offensive tackle Henry Roberts this week.

"My head coach texted me and let me know about the Wisconsin offer," Roberts told BadgerNation. "I was surprised and very happy. This was an out-of-the-blue offer. I think they are a great school and have great offensive line tradition. I might visit Wisconsin. It is far away, but you never know."

Henry is the No. 19 offensive tackle in the nation and a four-star recruit by Scout.com. The 6-6, 260-pound tackle holds offers from Arizona, Arizona State, California, Colorado, Michigan, Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA, USC, Utah, Washington, Washington State and now Wisconsin.

With all the attention, Roberts is starting to feel the pressure the recruiting process can bring, but is trying to take everything in stride.

"My recruitment is going good and I don't have a top list yet," said Roberts. "Sometimes my recruitment is stressful. Just all the people constantly trying to get a hold of me and managing it. I don't have any planned visits in the nearby future."
