Alders on Wisconsin's Radar

Visiting Wisconsin for its spring game in early April, Macedonia (OH) Nordonia junior wide receiver Alex Alders will likely be back in Madison for the Badgers' high school summer camp.

Wisconsin hosted several visitors for its spring game and Macedonia (OH) Nordonia junior wide receiver Alex Alders made it in to Madison and raved about the facilities during his time there.

"My visit went really well," Alders told BadgerNation. "We got to tour and see all their great facilities including their indoor practice field and weight room as well as their gear. I could see all the historic moments throughout their stadium."

The shifty 6-1, 290-pound target met with most of the Badgers coaching staff and got a invite to their camp this summer.

"I got to meet wide receiver coach Chris Beatty, running back coach Thomas Brown, tight end coach Jeff Genyk, secondary coach Ben Strickland as well as the recruiting coordinator, lifting coach and nutritionist," said Alders. "Everyone I met on the staff seemed great. I'm on their radar and they invited me to a camp in June. I will be going to their camp and I am very interested in them."

Alders holds offers from Toledo, Western Michigan and Ohio. He is also hearing from most of the Big Ten, most of the Ivy League schools, some of the other MAC schools, Cincinnati and Missouri.
