Louisville Loves South Oak Cliff

Louisville has been busy in the state of Texas lately, but Friday saw the Cardinals offer 10 prospects at one Dallas high school.

Louisville must have liked what it saw Friday at South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas.

SOC, as it's called locally, has a slew of FBS-caliber prospects and Louisville obviously recognized that, offering 10 -- yes, 10 -- players from SOC.

The SOC Recruiting Twitter account recapped all 10 of the offers Friday afternoon. Here's a look at who Louisville targeted:

2015 Class

J.F. Thomas(pictured above), WR, 6-4, 185 -- committed to TCU

Jordan Stevenson, RB, 5-9, 185 -- committed to Texas

Prentice McKinney, S, 6-2, 180 -- committed to Notre Dame

Jamile Johnson, S, 6-0, 190 -- committed to Oklahoma

Jalen Goss, DT, 6-0, 295

Takadrae Williams, CB, 6-1, 170

X'zavien Ausborne, CB, 5-10, 175

2016 Class

Marvin Terry, DE/LB, 6-2, 210

Juanthony Parker, CB, 5-11, 165 -- first offer

Hal Vincent, DE, 6-2, 210 -- first offer

The deep crop of college-caliber prospects returns from a SOC squad that finished the 2013 season with an 11-2 record and third-round playoff appearance in Texas' Class 4A. SOC scored 50-plus points seven times in 13 games.

SOC also has Ladarryl Blair, Lamont Johnson, and Willie Smith, three more players in the 2015 class who have received FBS-level offers.
