Wisconsin Stock Report - The Uncommitted

As the 2015 recruiting cycle nears its end, Scout takes a look at where things stand with the top targets remaining on Wisconsin's board with national signing day being a week away.

Recruiting Stock Report:

After taking an official visit to Florida Atlantic last weekend, Davis (pictured) is scheduled to come to Wisconsin this weekend after new secondary coach Daronte Jones offered him a scholarship as a defensive back. Davis was also previously recruited by Pitt. If the visit goes well, we could see Davis committing to this class.

Recruiting Stock Report:

Adams is committed to Rutgers, but an official visit to Piscataway over the weekend did nothing to squash his desire to visit other schools. Michigan is the planned official visit for this weekend, but Wisconsin is making a late push to get one. The Scarlet Knights are in Florida this week for an in-home visit but are battling to keep him. If Wisconsin doesn’t get Adams on campus this weekend, there is little-to-no chance UW flips him.

Recruiting Stock Report:

Officially de-committing from Florida Atlantic, Causey has been on Wisconsin’s radar for months, including taking an official visit to UW early in the season. The coaching change over has done little to change Wisconsin’s desire to have him, as the Badgers reached out to him last week with a half dozen other schools. He’s reportedly going to UCF this weekend on an official, but the Badgers are looking for at least one more cornerback in 2015.

Recruiting Stock Report:

Hall is jamming every option he has in the last two weekends. He stopped at Iowa and Missouri last weekend, he’s reportedly getting to Nebraska early Friday morning and leading for Wisconsin late Saturday. Hall has 4.5 40-yard dash speed and the long frame that Wisconsin is looking for as an outside linebacker, and the Badgers get him last.

Recruiting Stock Report:

Iowa has offered Whalen a full scholarship to play linebacker. Wisconsin extended its greyshirt opportunity at fullback, meaning he'd have to pay for his first semester in Madison before going on scholarship next January. After taking an official visit to Iowa City last weekend, Whalen will be in Madison this weekend.

Recruiting Stock Report:

Since decommitting from Stanford less than a month ago, Michigan, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Penn State and Wisconsin have jumped in the mix to land Farrar. He has taken official visits in the past two weeks to UNC and Wisconsin, and next on tap is an official to Notre Dame this weekend. The Irish were mentioned as a team from the onset as a top contender for Farrar following his decommitment, but Notre Dame's chances of landing him were called into question after he decided not to schedule a visit right away. On Monday evening, Brian Kelly conducted his in-home with Farrar, and on Tuesday, Farrar scheduled his final remaining official to Notre Dame for this weekend. Should all go according to plan, logic points to Farrar landing in South Bend.

Recruiting Stock Report:

Jennings already made official visits to Notre Dame, Virginia and Wisconsin, and he is slated to be at North Carolina this coming weekend, which means the Tar Heels get the last face-to-face meeting with him. He had a good visit to Wisconsin but a lot has changed for the Badgers since, especially with recruiting contact Chris Beatty not be retained. He may remain in state and close to home.
