Wisconsin's women's volleyball team fell seven spots in poll

After winning two out of three matches over the team's opening weekend, the Badgers volleyball team fell seven places to No. 24 in the USA Today/American Volleyball Coaches Association poll, released Tuesday.

Defending NCAA champion USC (5-0) received all 65 first-place votes to remain atop the poll. 2002 final four participants Hawaii (3-1), Florida (4-1) and Stanford (3-0) are ranked second, third and fourth, respectively. Nebraska (3-0) moved up two spots to round out the top five.
