The Badgers' Tom Sawatske notched a goal late in the second period to key a 5-2 victory Saturday. Wisconsin (2-2-0 WCHA, 5-3-0 overall) earned road sweep for the first time in two years with the victory.
Sawatske's goal, with two seconds left in the second period, gave Wisconsin a 3-2 lead. Robbie Earl followed that mark with his first career goal early in the third period to help spur the win. The goal also capped a three-goal, 18-shot second-period outburst for the Badgers, who scored 14 goals in two games with the Huskies.
Wisconsin goaltender Bernd Bruckler had 28 saves for the Badgers.
