Harris was named first-team All-District 11, while Wilkinson earned second-team honors.
Harris is averaging 19.0 points, 4.9 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.9 steals. He is the front-runner for the Big Ten Player of the Year award and was also recently named one of 20 finalists for the Naismith College Basketball Player of the Year Award and one of 16 finalists for the Bob Cousy Collegiate Point Guard of the Year Award.
Wilkinson is the Badgers' second-leading scorer at 11.7 points per game and he leads the team in blocked shots (1.1 per game) and rebounds (6.8). He is also second on the team with 1.5 steals per contest.
Filling out the District 11 first team is Marquette junior guard Travis Diener, UW-Milwaukee senior forward Dylan Page, Michigan State sophomore center Paul Davis and Minnesota freshman forward Kris Humphries.
The District 11 second team consists of Wilkinson, Illinois sophomore guard Deron Williams, Illinois-Chicago senior forward Cedric Banks, Northwestern senior guard Jitim Young and Western Michigan senior forward Mike Williams.
