J.P. Gavinski, a smooth 6-foot-10 center from Wisconsin Dells, has committed to Wisconsin, according to Jeff Goodman's Hot News. Gavinski, who will be a junior this fall, would join the Badgers in 2006.

Attention now turns to Marcus Landry, the top in-state forward in the class of 2005, whose decision will likely come down to Wisconsin and Marquette, just as Gavinski's and Wes Matthews' recent decisions did.
