Quarterback John Stocco and receiver Brandon Williams shared the Badgers' offensive player of the week honor Monday for their performances in Wisconsin's 20-17 win over Purdue.
Stocco completed 17 of 32 passes for 211 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He connected on 6 of 7 passes for 73 yards and a score on a fourth-quarter touchdown drive that drew the Badgers with 17-14 with 5:29 left in the game.
Williams caught three of those passes, for 43 yards. He finished with seven catches for 84 yards, both season highs. He also made a key block to help spring Anthony Davis for a 33-yard second-quarter run that led to Davis' 6-yard touchdown.
Williams leads UW with 20 receptions and is second with 234 receiving yards. Stocco has now thrown for 1,031 yards, six touchdowns and four interceptions this season.
