The University of Wisconsin volleyball team is ranked No. 4 in the Mideast Region in the latest Rich Kern Percentage Index, released Monday. The Badgers are No. 17 overall in the rankings, which provides teams with a general idea of potential seeding for the NCAA Tournament. The Badgers sit behind Minnesota, Ohio State and Penn State, which are ranked first through third, respectively, in the Mideast.
Over the weekend, the Badgers fell to Penn State and Ohio State on the road to drop to 10-6 in Big Ten play, 16-8 overall. The Badgers close out their home season with Michigan and Michigan State this weekend before traveling to Purdue and Indiana Nov. 26-27 to end the league campaign.
