Nick Roach, a 6-foot-1, 217-pound, wide receiver from Milwaukee (WI) Lutheran will be a prospect to watch in 2002.
Roach will be a two-year varsity starter. In addition to his wide receiver duties, Roach will also play linebacker this season.
A versatile athlete, Nick could play wide receiver, linebacker or safety at the next level.
"Northern Illinois University has offered me a scholarship." Roach said. "Northwestern, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Nebraska and Boston College are my favorites."
Roach had 607 receiving yards and seven touchdowns in 2001. He was named conference wide receiver of the year.
Nick camped at Northwestern and Notre Dame this summer. He also letters in basketball and track.
