Coach Barry Alvarez said at his weekly press conference that wide receiver Lee Evans has taken the advice of two doctors, and will not play this season.
It is unknown whether Evans will take a medical redshirt and return next season, or declare himself eligible for the NFL Draft.
Evans will address the situation with the media following Tuesday's practice. Alvarez commented extensively on the situation. His comments will be posted verbatim on this site shortly.
