Terry Love Jr. takes another official visit

Maywood, Illinois wide receiver Terry Love visited Michigan State last weekend, where he had a chance to meet All-American Charles Rogers. Chris Pool caught up with Love Sr. following the visit to see where his son stands.

"Terry had a great visit at Michigan State, said Terry Love Sr., the father of wide receiver of Terry Love.

"He got a chance to meet Charles Rogers and he really liked that. He also had the chance to speak with (Head) coach (Bobby) Williams as well.

"Terry didn't commit. He'll visit Illinois (12-6) and then make a decision between Illinois, Michigan State and Wisconsin.

"He doesn't really talk about if one school is his favorite over another. I think everyone is equal at this point."

Love, a 6-foot, 168-pounder, from Maywood (Ill.) Proviso East is considered one of the top prospects in the Midwest. Terry Love has already visited Wisconsin (9-21), Michigan State was official visit #2 and Illinois (12-6) will probably be his last official visit.

Shannon Brown, a blue-chip basketball prospect from Proviso East has given Michigan State an oral commitment. Brown and Love are very good friends and teammates on the basketball team.
